First we start with the drainage trench which is 18 inches wide and 24 inches deep with the perfect pitch for water flow.
We use 4 inch Corex Drain Pipe Perforated with sock and the perfect blend of washed gravel 3/4 inch to 1-1/4 inch. The gravel base is extremely important this has to be done perfect so the water flow is spot on.
Then we fold the landscape fabric over and top off with the right gravel mix,this allows for proper drainage. Top it off with the right amount of top soil and then add sod as needed.
