Due to the ongoing and unpredictable reclaimed water restrictions in Connerton, we are implementing the following service rules effective immediately: 6/27/2025
Reclaimed Water Availability Policy
Scheduled Appointment – No Water Available:
If you are scheduled for irrigation service and no reclaimed water is available at the time of the appointment, a $125.00 service charge will apply.
This covers the cost of time, fuel, and labor already committed.
Water Shutoff During Service:
If I begin working and the reclaimed water is shut off before I finish, and I’m required to return on another day, the return visit will be billed at $150.00 per hour.
Irrigation diagnostics and repairs require running water. Without it, the job cannot be completed safely or correctly.
Homeowner Responsibility:
It is the homeowner’s responsibility to ensure reclaimed water is flowing during the scheduled service time. I do not control Pasco County’s water supply and cannot be held accountable for water outages.
A Message to Connerton Homeowners:
What Pasco County is doing to residents and contractors is not just frustrating — it may be unlawful. Limiting water access, while continuing to bill residents and hinder repairs, is unfair and unacceptable.
You have the right to fight back — but that begins with holding the County accountable, not the contractors trying to help. Sitting back and accepting this treatment will only allow the abuse to continue.
Let’s work together to protect your property, your investment, and your rights.
